Alfta-Edsbyns Fastighets AB (Aefab) was in the middle of a plumbing renovation phase when we started our dialogue. During the discussion, the following issue was identified: The carpenters were receiving many calls with questions about the plumbing renovation.

The preliminary study consists of three structured online meetings with one of our project managers. After completing the study, you will receive:

What does a project include?
A project includes a preliminary study, and from there, we work together to fill the gaps that suit your needs and align with your pipe renovation project. The budget for the communication costs of a pipe renovation project is approximately 600 SEK per apartment to be renovated within the next 5 years. The cost can be handled internally or externally.
